  • Is there a service to sell crypto locally for cash?
I bought my 1st ETH from localethereum.com in 2017 (website doesn't seem to exist anymore). They had an escrow account where I had to deposit cash or bank deposit and the seller had to fund with his ETH. I don't remember the spread since it's been years, however, I would just be very cautious with these websites as sometimes the seller might dupe you into sending an interac e-transfer and might deny sending you... Basically if you were to use hiveos and mine Eth, you would need around 183MH/s. The rig before Gpu's I built came to about $1,200. I paid about $2,500 to $3,000 on two LHR cards and... Curently, the prices of miners and gpus are skyrocketing, but it is still highly profitable to be doing this. Try cryptocompare.com 's mining calculator on exact values. Source: over 2 years ago
