Thank you for the help. I'm very pleased with the optimized virtual servers from llhost-inc.eu web host. I built and maintain the website for my business online. Good VPS host! There is a lot of truth to the quote: "The sweet taste of a lower price wears off long after the bitter taste of bad service". Also I save 20% off having paid for 6 months.
All I wanted was up and running website and adequate support. I have heard of llhost-inc from a friend who is really happy with their services and right before I was about to give up, I decided to give it a try. I have not used any of the tools provided, but they have them and that is what matters to me right now. The pricing is cool. Recommended!

Theese dudes offer free shared hosting https://llhost-inc.eu/en however they're new and performance is quite dogshit but should be fine for your purposes. Incase they decide to stop giving hosting for free just keep your files stored somewhere else incase you need to switch host. Used them just to try out and well.. it's free so don't expect much. Because you need to be able to tell the web server to redirect all relevant requests to the application. GitHub Pages doesn't have support for it. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago

As per many other comments, it sounds like a static site generator like Hugo (https://gohugo.io/) or Jekyll (https://jekyllrb.com/), hosted on GitHub Pages (https://pages.github.com/) or GitLab Pages (https://about.gitlab.com/stages-devops-lifecycle/pages/), would be a good match.
