• Concerns regarding my first professional project

  I am free to use any existing library or whatnot, what I was wondering is how easy it is to implement and deploy. I'm not being asked to build a full live chat from scratch, just try and implement a solution that won't add monthly charges to the predicted monthly cost of the website (ie pre-made solutions such as livechat.com that would cost atleast $16/mo). • What's the best way to build a site for a client using Wordpress?

  Should I get them to signup with a hosting service such as bluehost.com and get them to give me permissions to edit and make changes to the site, or should I get them to sign up with wordpress.com (not .org) and do the same thing, or, should I set up my own account with hostzinger.com or bluehost.com and manage the domain and hosting for them?
