I am free to use any existing library or whatnot, what I was wondering is how easy it is to implement and deploy. I'm not being asked to build a full live chat from scratch, just try and implement a solution that won't add monthly charges to the predicted monthly cost of the website (ie pre-made solutions such as livechat.com that would cost atleast $16/mo). Either way you'll end up using a host like a2hosting.com (search for "a2hosting comparison" to find other hosts) which let you put up your own web pages because listing domains only on Afternic, Sedo, GoDaddy, etc., still doesn't give you much more visibility than posting them as For Sale on which ever domain name service/registrar you choose, which in itself gives you little visibility except to sharks who cruise...
