I believe we are still trying to figure out the best way to collaborate over the net... There is many options and it can be complicated if you wanna do real time I've tried with a friend, we can listen to each other DAW through a plugin called Listento Also if we are both on the same DAW (I'm Ableton) we can just share the same session Like bouncing it of each other over time , freezing everything along the way. You load the VST onto the end of your master-chain and it will create a super high quality low latency audio stream that up to 50 people can listen to at once. The good thing is, you'll still have all of your media sorted and organized on whatever hardware was hosting Plex, so you'll just need to install new software to host it. Make sure you're using something like Web Tools or Soundiiz to keep records of any playlists or collections and you'll be fine. Source: 10 months ago
