Https://lingodeer.com is the most helpful app I've used. It's focus is grammar, but you'll learn vocab too, and the notes on there are incredible. People mention it a lot as an alternative to DuoLingo, but LingoDeer is much better in many ways. It gives explanations for every lesson and breaks down individual grammar points, rather than just throwing everything at you with no context (which might work for European languages, but is too simplistic for Asian languages as an English speaker). We've used Padlet in the past but switched to Menti a year ago or so. There are many other tools, and most have an export feature, which allows you to download the data in a format readable by Excel. In Excel, we code each comment according to the categories covered by our in-house course survey: content, facilitation, duration, pacing, venue, materials, learning, relevance, satisfaction, and likelihood to recommend.
