If you're looking for fast speaking practice, there are a lot of Portuguese speakers on the app Lingbe. I suspect a lot of the natives speakers there are Brazilian Portuguese, but if you're just trying to get more fluent, I think there are a lot of opportunities to get quick practice there. Unless you enjoy grammar, that is. But anything that makes it more of a slog (less fun) will be deadly to you now. AT this point it's not about remembering the exact correct declention of Dativ, Genetiv, etc. I honestly think that just comes with practice, practice, practice.
