Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively. I made an Excel sheet with a list of the companies and positions I applied. Whenever I got rejection emails or interview emails I made a column to indicate that. When I finally accepted my job offer I marked down every company that never emailed me as "No Response / Ghosted" and did an =sum for applications and rejections.
