Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively. You can still get it done without insurance, it's just really expensive. It will be thousands of dollars cheaper to get insurance for a year or so and have the surgery covered than to try and pay for it out of pocket, so it's worth maybe getting insurance.
