Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 12 months ago
I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? See attached. I work for a SAAS recurring billing platform, chargeover.com from my experience you do not need to send them an invoice. If they agree to terms when they signup you could just run a payment against their card on file and send them a payment receipt. It's a pretty slick deal, and there are loads of other options you could enable as well. But to your question it's more common than you think not to send invoices... Source: about 3 years ago
