Hey mate, where I am (in Australia), there are online services such as LawPath (https://lawpath.com.au/), a subscription based legal services that gives you generic templates for these types of things (T&Cs etc) and for a bit more (or premium subscription) you could get customisation done to the templates based on your request based on their legal consultation.
