  • need copyright advice
You don’t have a problem if it’s for YouTube only. If u wanted to make a cover and put it on Spotify a company like http://landr.com does the job for you or http://soundrop.com or an OG site called easylistening. Anti-Joy mentions (2)

  • Just a heads up that you can't downgrade your DistroKid account nor re-use your email for a new account. You're locked into your subscription price which includes what you need to pay to collect royalties.
I'm currently eyeing Anti-Joy which operates on a similar model as DistroKid, just better value. The downside is they're very new but the founder is active and responsive on Reddit. They feel like how DistroKid was ~5 years ago before it became increasingly difficult to get in touch with a human. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What music distribution service are you using?
You should check out Anti-Joy. We offer unlimited music distribution for just $7.99 per year. We also have extra features like AI mastering, pre-save links, fast distribution, amazing support, etc. It's the best Distrokid alternative. You'll love it. Source: over 2 years ago
