Habit List might be a bit more popular than Landing Pages in MailChimp. We know about 2 links to it since March 2021 and only 2 links to Landing Pages in MailChimp. Your example is actually the only time I've ever seen this side-by-side-style login page with the form on the right. Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and Alliant CU, for example, use the same layout as OP.
