Q.Shop Data Collection module closely imitates the existing inspection forms to minimize training. It operates across multiple platforms, from tablets to PC stations and integrates seamlessly with the existing ERP system. It makes shop floor data entry fast, accurate and handles complex calculations during the inspection process.
Further, it gives the management team a live overview of the production process while facilitating collaboration between shop employees and the management team. The information collected is further analyzed to create data trends and help to identify production improvement points.
Q.Shop software also offers a complete employee and machinery job scheduling module that handles complex shift patterns and manual scheduling adjustments. It plans the most efficient process available with the current workforce, machinery, and sales volume. The job scheduler makes the production run according to set parameters and helps to create the highest overall throughput. It can handle schedules based on complex shift patterns, varying workloads and unplanned absences, with the ability to shift things around accordingly and maintaining the most efficient process possible at all times.

In general, this was a big improvement for our company since we used to keep all our records on paper Inspection Test Report, but now they are all accessible for everyone at all times. We did have some bugs and issues which gradually got sorted out.
I am using the Quince from last two to generate reports and certificate of compliance to present to customers and found it very accurate and user friendly software.
We have a very complex manufacturing process with thousands of quality control check points for each product. There are complex formula and complicated validation criteria during our inspection process. QShop took the burden off our employees and handles all our needs interactively. By integrating to our ERP and Scheduling system it eliminates lots of overhead from our system. Availability of our collected data at our fingertip is invaluable resource as we analyze and process our data anyway that our Quality team ask for.
