   1. My first experience with SwapSpace turned out to be a bit problematic cas I’m new in crypto. But the support of the site quickly resolved everything. I have exchanged BTC for XEL. The exchange was in the failed status because I entered the wrong one by mistake. But I got help quickly and the exchange was successful! Thanks guys.

  Nope, you can easily get a crypto wallet with just few clicks (Metamask browser extension for Ethereum, Phantom for Solana, Bitpay for Bitcoin etc). Then you can buy it through peer to peer, which means there will be a seller and you as the buyer and no one else in between, you can use localbitcoins.com for buying BTC, or kucoin.com which is a crypto exchanging and doesn't require KYC and has a lot of options.   Now, what I typically do with this is withdraw directly to an instant swap service (like changelly/fixedfloat) and I use swapspace.co to determine which service has the best price.
