A cheap plan of shared hosting is probably the best bet, Krystal has a plan for £7/month (or £70/yr), which might be out of his budget. Nixihost has similar prices, and Zume has a £5/mo plan. Source: 10 months ago
Hello, So yesterday I have bought a domain and managed wordpress hosting on Krystal.uk. Source: 11 months ago
Sorry for the late response, I recommend either krystal.uk, nixihost, or zume. Source: 11 months ago
I’ve always found Krystal to be very good. UK-based (fyi) but they’re mid-size, independent and have a good focus on transparency, good customer service and sustainability. Worth a look in. Source: 11 months ago
I like Krystal and Zume. They're fast and Krystal's support is great. Source: 12 months ago

I have tried changing my example.com back and forth between http/s inside of godaddy.com and it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Considering that I don't have an SSL cert right now it doesn't make sense to me to use https for... Source: 9 months ago
