KDE community has many apps (especially Plasma desktop, Kdenlive and Krita) and the devs are friendly and awesome ! Scribus is in total need of help. (only two devs are maintaining the whole project) Manjaro is a popular Arch based distro that helps Linux users to benefit from rolling release model while maintaining stability. The difference between the two is how recent their KDE software is and how often said KDE software is updated. KDE Neon's KDE software is up-to-date, on par with the latest stable releases, updated every week maybe, be it features or bug fixes (again, KDE software only, see apps.kde.org). You had to write the intelligence of a robot/tank in a C-like language of these game development software. The bottom line is two of these programs competed against each other. If I remember correctly these battles took place in a recurring tournament and you could win a license of the game developement software, or maybe nothing.
