There are lots of terminal projects recently. Ghostty (https://mitchellh.com/ghostty) and Terminal Click (https://terminal.click) come to mind. Also Warp and Fig but they don't appeal to me because they're proprietary (and Fig got acquired by Amazon). After using Chrome for around 8 years I switched to Arc browser & I love it! Arc browser is based on Chromium which means you can use Chrome's extensions in Arc without a problem. Currently, it's available for Mac & Windows 11 (hot released).
