If you ever need to edit on the road the best mobile editor I have found is Kinemaster. Its nothing like the Premiere experience but its the closest I have come across. Third is the music. I would recommend 1001tracklists.com as a source of inspiration. There is a LOT there, so you have to try to find DJs of similar sound. Just go through, find tracks that you like and build a wish list from there. Now you need to source it. Beatport and Traxxsource are probably your best places to go for now.
