There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year. Khan Academy is your best friend, you can also use openstax if you like reading more. Supplement with a quality textbook and video courses once you reach Algebra 1, this site and r/learnmath have good recommendations. And most importantly practice. Source: over 1 year ago

However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program. The best thing you can do is learn unity. Unity themselves have a amazing official course teaching you the basics of the engine. I have also found that some experience in Java has carried over extremely well if you have any. Other then that there is not much more you can do. Source: over 2 years ago
Unity.com/learn is a really good resource. For someone who has no coding experience I recommend starting with https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/csharp, especially the self-guided tutorials.
