ATNSoft keymanager allows you to make multiple key shortcuts easily, with different profiles and even application specific key commands (meaning the key combo will only work while a specific application you set it to e active window or running). I just discovered this kinda cool keyboard that claimed to be private. They have two versions of it, a free one and a paid one. They claimed that their keyboard works 100% offline (talk about that later) and having no suspicious permissions.
