Primary audience are site reliability engineers, software/devops developers. Basically anyone who monitor their systems and troubleshoots alerts.

What's the story behind your product?

Merlinn's answer:

Merlinn was born because of the pain of on-call duties. When alerts came, we'd wake up in the middle of night, opening logs/graphs/traces, try to investigate the problem, try to see what changed in the code and a lot more. We thought LLMs and AI can help people like us manage and solve alerts quickly and efficiently.

LLMs agents, microservices, Python, TypeScript, vector DBs.
