Hey so I recently got approved for Samsung Financing back in August and the first minimum payment is due today on October 3rd. I paid in advance on October 1st on myonlineaccount.net and it said it was pending. I checked my banking account today and TD Bank/ Samsung hasn't taken the payment out yet. I checked back on myonlineaccount and it says that the payment was submitted. I called TD Bank's customer service... Source: over 1 year ago
I did my due diligence of trying my best to resolve this issue. I called the numbers on their website (myonlineaccount.net) and they are purely automated with no way to talk to a real person. Their get-help-logging-in automation on the phone just says it can be done online. Source: over 2 years ago
