This is why we need better tools which will give benefits for the added complexity. If you need to create both the feature files AND the code, it's just complexity with little benefits. I'm doing something similar but taking the approach of karate framework making it a kitchen sink of e2e testing tools. Love to see another rust based solution! There are services such as https://betafamily.com/ if you don't have in-house testers. Having in-house people "go through the whole app and look for bugs" sounds like a nightmare, and I'm not surprised it's hard to get people to do it. I recommend that each task has well defined acceptance criteria, and you have someone who did not work on the task run a compiled build of the app and confirm that the build...
