Thank you for mentioning Tiny Vid, that's exactly why we built it. To be able to set target file size (which Handbrake doesn't have) and also to have a Preview when you want to trim stuff (something Handbrake also doesn't have). They also have pronunciation, phrases etc. I checked a few translations and pronunciations in some languages I know, they seem accurate and manual.
