JustConnect's answer
JustConnect was founded by Adam, Hidde, and Merijn - a bunch of cool people who felt the need for a more genuine and effective networking platform that would unlock potential and ditch the corporate norm. The three of us are truly global ourselves. Our backgrounds range from managing art fairs and doing art direction to developing software. We have worked in environments ranging from freelancing and messy startups to highly corporate top-tier companies. We know the drill! And our combined expertise is what drives the vision of JustConnect.
JustConnect's answer

Whether you're a recent graduate who is looking to start up your idea, an established entrepreneur looking for someone in your team, a freelancer looking for another freelancer, or someone in between, our platform is designed to meet the needs of diverse individuals across various industries.

The point number 1 is valid. It is possible that the xing.com becomes more popular by recruiters and suddenly the amount of offers increases. It would be also possible the other way around if they increased their fee to advertise jobs on the platform. I don't have explanation for the sudden peak in 2018, so I wonder if this is not the reason. Source: about 1 year ago
This is only data from xing.com. How do you know if recruiters aren't just starting to adopt some other platform to place their offers on instead of this one? Source: about 1 year ago
For Germany you can set up a profile on xing.com. Recruiters will contact you if you have something to offer. It's harder to get a job if you don't speak German but still possible. A complete remote job might be hard to get though. Source: over 1 year ago
