• Last month, I posted a website some friends and I made to allow New Yorkers to see how much they may be charged in hospitals, now that US hospitals are required to publish their prices for medical procedures. I received some great feedback, so here is an update!

• YSK: There is a website where you can actually find out how much medical care at local hospitals before you go. The website is www.finestrahealth.com.

  The site has a map that says its currently available in Boston, NYC, Chicago, San Fran, and LA but it seems to be growing. (I don’t remember seeing LA there when I checked on it yesterday.)
