JobOffer.com is an AI-powered recruitment software designed for Canadians and is 100% owned and operated in Canada. JobOffer.com allows recruiters to find Canadian job seekers with the click of a button. After uploading a job, recruiters can load the top AI-recommended candidate matches, and opt to receive email alerts when new matches are found. Recruiters also have the option of browsing the candidate resume database using filters such as skills, experience, job title, field, and date that resume was last updated. By searching recently active candidates, recruiters are able to ensure that they are contacting candidates who are still available to take a new role.
Recruiters can track their work by organizing candidate profiles on a Kanban board based on bookmarked, messaged, interviewed, etc.
