Do puzzles related to your DR. This also sounds stupid 😂 but it can really help. Download some photos related to your DR (visuals, art, ect..) and go to jigsaw planet and on the top, go to create and upload your picture and start your puzzle! Source: about 2 years ago

No need to download an app, the best thing you just go on safari (jigsawplanet.com) and select a puzzle you want to play :-). You can sort them by number of pieces, I always choose the 300 because they're more challenging and help me sleep. Source: over 2 years ago

It really is. Some bits are less dense than others, like Marielda, but for the most part I need to be in a situation where I don't have to focus on anything else to really listen to it. Like, I listen to Sangfielle on Friday mornings on the way to/from groceries, and then when I get back home I have about 45 minutes left and deliberately do nothing but play some stuff on jigsawplanet.com while finishing it up. My mom and I used to love doing jigsaw puzzles together, but her Parkinson's makes it hard for her to sit & lean over the table for extended periods of time. So now we do them online. We do them almost daily, over zoom. Or if we are together she does it on her computer and I do it on my laptop. We can't collaborate, but we can each work on the same puzzle at the same time. Whether I'm on Brave browser, Firefox or any other browser, it keeps happening. For example, I really like doing jigsaw puzzles online and whenever I'm playing the game, whether full screen or not, it keeps booting me out of the browser game and returning me to the game's load screen (in browser).
