The Jigsaw Puzzles VS Jigsaw Explorer

My mom and I used to love doing jigsaw puzzles together, but her Parkinson's makes it hard for her to sit & lean over the table for extended periods of time. So now we do them online. We do them almost daily, over zoom. Or if we are together she does it on her computer and I do it on my laptop. We can't collaborate, but we can each work on the same puzzle at the same time. A couple of things that I have found helpful are doing jigsaws on jigsawexplorer.com and resonant breathing (not at the same time). There are resonant breathing apps that help you keep pace with longer exhales and shorter inhales. For me trying to match my breathing is a good distraction without the stress of TV.
