I haven't experienced any issues, the application is really simple to operate, and even with the trial version, I am able to obtain the entire experience, including having short songs fully converted. In the not-too-distant future, I plan to upgrade my subscription to a lifetime subscription. Also, this program does a fantastic job of finding music that I can't acquire anywhere else; as a result, I can now have such songs and albums in my collection even when I'm not connected to the internet. Try it out. The application merited it.
AudiCable works as described perfectly. Have had no crashes or worries. And contact with support has been iris regarding a billing issue. A good purchase.
I recently started using AudiCable Audio Recorder to record audio on my windows and it is easy to use. It allows me to record audio from a wide range of streaming services, including Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, etc.
Based on our record, JACK Audio Connection Kit seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 40 times since March 2021. It's linux only, and MIDI only, and it needs GTK2, but yeah, it should work on modern linux. You can use jack[1] to connect the midi output to a softsynth, or another drum software (e.g. Hydrogen[2]) or to actual MIDI hardware. There's a video demo[3] of my program I made 3 years ago. The pasting of drum tab is demoed at 6:20 in the video. [1] https://jackaudio.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
Im pretty sure that asio4all drivers dont run on linux, I think its a windows exclusive driver. But I think that JACK is something similar, Im not sure though, since all I have ever used is windows so I havent had a reason to look into it. Source: 11 months ago
If you're looking for a realtime VST Host, I use Carla with the JACK Audio Connection Kit for low-latency EQ and other FX which are realtime on my Microphone, which then get redirected to a virtual microphone (all on Linux, should still be possible on Windows). So far that worked greatly. Source: about 1 year ago
Jack is supported on main platforms . Make sure to read the wiki . Also, some Realtek drivers has the Stereo-mix option that allows you achieve what you want. If yo have the default audio driver that Windows install it may be missing. Source: about 1 year ago
