Maybe you can check out izitext.io. You can export your output to the srt format. Complete with timestamps, auto punctuation, and auto speaker labeling. If you wish, you can also access their Transcription Guidelines (which also include captioning guidelines) here https://www.izitext.io/transcription-guidelines-2021. This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
