  • Reserved port for port forwarding seen as 'closed'
There has been no internal change for ports reserved, and we did not receive any reports of similar issues. Please email support at ivpn.net and we'll try and help troubleshoot. Source: 10 months ago
  • Switched from mullvad for port forwarding
We have a clear money-back guarantee, just email support at ivpn.net and you will get a full refund on your payment. Source: 10 months ago
  • Two quick questions after a week of use
First, when visiting ivpn.net, it often works for a short period of time, but then times out until hours later. This will be consistent across all devices on my home network. If I go to my phone on cellular, it works perfectly, but only for a bit. It seems like IP addresses are temporarily blacklisted for a few hours or something after a bit of use. Source: 11 months ago
  • Can someone tell me how to set up port forwarding in the IVPN app? I use my iPad to torrent.
You go to ivpn.net, log in to your account, go to port-forwarding, activate it, read & remember the port that gets activated for you and then put that into your torrent-client to use. Source: 11 months ago
