Check out University of the People (www. uopeople.edu). They offer free tuition. You only have to pay an application fee (which you can apply for to be waived) and proctor fees for exams. Https://uopeople.edu/ is the only accredited university that generally has no tuition. There are other no-tuition schools, but they have several requirements like joining the military, being from a certain ethnic group, studying only very narrow fields, etc. If you are interested in more leads on these, I can help you.
