Based on our record, iTerm2 seems to be a lot more popular than Fnd. While we know about 105 links to iTerm2, we've tracked only 3 mentions of Fnd. iTerm2[2] and I'm astonished there's less mention of it on this thread (though there is some). That is mainly because I switched mostly to Linux a few years ago, and you'd think the lack of a good terminal app wouldn't be the biggest pain point of switching from Mac to Linux, but it absolutely is. A somewhat related issue is that if I am making app recommendations for others the app store doesn't provide a cost for apps that I have already "bought" so I can't indicate the price. This site has been helpful in obtaining the current price data: https://fnd.io and a link to an Apple site that indicates the use of in-app purchases at the top of the listing.
