My firm used Paperstreet. They have some custom stuff that is like $10-16K, but we went with a simple $2-3K option where you pick from maybe 10 templates. It comes with a certain number of stock photo licenses. Yo browse istockphoto.com and pick what you want. Going this route is not super flexible, but we didn't need much. Deep in the project with no clue what the art would look like or where it was coming from, I stumbled upon a bunch of musician silhouette images on Creative Market. I got lucky – my art strategy up until now was “I’ll worry about it later”, and these images ended up setting the tone for the whole game.
