But you can try https://isthereanydeal.com/ KEY Stores since they don't do regional pricing, everything priced USD (not MENA-USD) for all countries so Key will be giftable, if there's any for that D2 DLC. Source: 6 months ago
Isthereanydeal doesn't include key resellers at all. I prefer them. Source: 6 months ago

If you cannot find it, fabricate it: you said that a steam activation code will work so get a cd case from a game or a dvd you already own, print a cover and swap it, buy rome 2 on a retailer site (they will all give you a steam activation code) and put the code inside the case; if you also want a prop cd then same story: find an empty cd, print the cd cover, cut it and glue it on the cd. I like Milanote for a lot of writing tasks and use the paid version. In my novel-length works, each character gets a "board," which can be a character profile, reference art, a mood board, etc. Or ALL of those in one. Your mileage will depend on your tolerance of the price point and how many characters you have. Source: about 1 year ago
And here's a tool to help: https://milanote.com/ I've fallen in love with this thing because it let's you construct a visual board with it all your nodes a separate bubbles connected with lines, basically a digital cork board for pining then and stifling things around as the players proceed to waltz through your world. Milanote looks very similar I think. Source: about 1 year ago
Milanote. Something that just lets you have boards within boards, in a free-form note space. Not Joplin or Obsidian. Even though those two are spectacular, they don't have the board format I like for some projects. A self hosted alternative would be amazing! Source: about 1 year ago
