  All the RPCs seem to be down according to this site . Although I managed to use https://rpc.ankr.com/fantom as a RPC and managed to connect with metamask. rpc.ftm.tools is also down according to isitup.org There is a tweet from a few mins ago from Fantom Foundation stating there are problems with rpc.ftm.tools but the problem is with more than just the one rpc.   Slack has a feature to schedule messages, also a bunch of bots that do various scheduling tasks… Also you could use a email marketing tool like Mailchimp that could allow you scheduling Mails far a head. But any service you choose should be around somewhat longterm right? It will probably require some money and a bit of luck for the service or app of choice to stay around for a while.
