Since when does this happen? Have you tried resetting the router? Try https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/run-traceroute-command?view=app against common sites such as Reddit or Google, compare the IP of each hop with https://ipregistry.co/ to see if your connection doesn't go through a direct route. For some weird reason, the WAN IP (100.67.XXX.XXX) is very different from my public IP that I can see with ifconfig.me (185.89.XXX.XXX). Not sure why is that, probably it's some Ubiquity 'feature' to access the UDM via the Unifi portal. Source: 5 months ago
