    For short term rentals, I find airbnb is matching or more than hotels downtown. Torontosuites is the cheapest. It's clean and well run by a family whose owned it for decades. Try to get into their 2 Glen Elm property vs the Lawton one. It's located along subway line #1, near St Clair station and under 30 minutes to downtown.
