I've had pretty good success with Facebook for these kind of user surveys, find a group or groups of the type of users you want to work with and check with the mods/rules that its ok to post surveys. I then use something like typeforms or involve.me to host my questions and make sure there are a few "qualifying" questions throughout the survey to later filter out responses that are a bad fit. Hm. I think what you're looking for is using a capture page using https://notionforms.io which adds to the existing grocery database without having to actually look at it. Then when it comes time to actually getting groceries, filter the database by unchecked items. Source: over 1 year ago

Using make.com, or any other automation tool, I can watch for the creation of a new record in a table. These will be "user" or "contact" records. I then want to share a different set of pages with the email of the entered user. Data will be entered using https://notionforms.io/. Source: almost 2 years ago
