Way easier to wash out a Karen with 25 surveys than it is with 10. Start sending NPS recap emails every time a new survey(s) comes in and include how many promoters you need to get bak to 85% if you're below that. Other options include EnjoyHQ, Aurelius, and Condens. Out of those 3, I tried Condens last year and gave up on it, because the transcription quality was sub-par. When we were considering which tool to use earlier this year, the video montage option and the ability to do the analysis fully from the tool swayed us, and we ended up picking Dovetail.
