Research repository tips

EnjoyHQ Dovetail Condens.io
  1. A customer research platform for product teams
Other options include EnjoyHQ, Aurelius, and Condens. Out of those 3, I tried Condens last year and gave up on it, because the transcription quality was sub-par. When we were considering which tool to use earlier this year, the video montage option and the ability to do the analysis fully from the tool swayed us, and we ended up picking Dovetail. So it really depends on what you want the repository to do, support in your process or workflow, and what you are willing to spend.

  2. Mobile Cloud-Based Dental Software
Haven't checked the panel discussion that was linked by u/poodleface, so I may be repeating something said there. I suggest Dovetail (#notsponsored) because of how well it supports other aspects of the research process. The automated transcriptions for English speakers are of really good quality, you can do the analysis from the same tool, create personas (in the tool), link findings between studies, allow video montage exports by tag and add custom fields and categories, so you can also do your participant management from there. It's a great tool. That being said it has its strengths and weaknesses, but I have been quite happy with using it and would certainly use it again in the future.
