For a discount, I suggest checking on things based on membership where there is a bit of a group discount, like your Credit Union, military service (USAA), Costco, Employer, etc. Consumer Reports rates Car Insurance companies, USAA was best but that doesn't mean cheapest as OP experienced. If you are considering buying an RV online, go to vroom.com which is a legit online car buying website. Read their how it works page. Well, that's why I asked if you could sell it for more than you owe on it. You can try to sell the car private party. You'd need to look up what the car should be worth to know what to try to sell it for, though. You could try sites like carvana.com, or vroom.com, or sites like that. They'd make an offer.
