Insightly RaygunI recently tried out Insightly's servise and I absolutely appreciate it! It's extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to keep track of all my customer relationships as well as manage projects. Plus, the pricing is very affordable compared to some of the other similiar to this project management systems out there - a total win! I highly recommend Insightly.

Regarding your last question, when I mention sub-processors who we don't have an SCC with I'm thinking about vendors like RayGun. It's a system we use to monitor alerts and warnings coming from our app when in the hands of our end-users.
