My question is about science crowd competition sites such as spaceappschallenge.org , xprize.com or innocentive.com . These organizations are trying to develop new organizational models for science, and I think the initiative to include the general public is great. I was a solver on a different team for the netflix challenge. Our team didn't win the grand prize. I would have expected that a blog post to discuss how this was structured. I settled on the "Before Launcher" - Looks like all the other minimalist launchers, really - I chose all icons to be text based but the good thing is you can still merge them like that into folders.
