The name Deluge is already in use. https://deluge-torrent.org/ I don't think the people behind Deluge BitTorrent Client will sue or even particularly mind that someone else uses the name. Grab this file. Install Transmission on Mac or Deluge on Win. Optional: run a VPN if you're in the US(mostly) and worried about your ISP sending you a cease-and-desist notice.
