Inferno Reviews

The Best JavaScript Frameworks You’re Not Using
There isn’t an overall number we can use to gauge performance on the chart above, but smaller numbers are better. Obviously, Inferno performs very well again. If you’re a React developer and have a project that requires excellent performance, Inferno is definitely something you should consider. We’ll finish with this from the Inferno “About” page:

  • Solid vs React - the Fastest VS the Most Popular UI Library
Some might argue that React’s relatively poor performance (it’s still plenty-fast for many apps) is due to Virtual DOM and prioritization of development experience, i.e., clarity over complexity. To counter the first argument - there’s React-like Inferno. For the second one - there’s Solid. - Source: dev.to / almost 3 years ago
  • A Look at Compilation in JavaScript Frameworks
A VDOM library like Inferno uses this information to compile its JSX directly into pre-optimized node structures. Marko, and Vue hoist their static VDOM nodes outside of their components so that they don't incur the overhead of recreating them on every render. - Source: dev.to / almost 3 years ago

  • Portugal. The Man – Official Website Is a Google Sheets Document
I agree. I was looking for the same thing. They’re not easy to create but side by side code/result demos like the ones I saw on https://imba.io/ make it very clear on what I’ll be getting into as a developer. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
  • Clojure is a product design tool
The haml/clojure comparison made me feel compelled to share the [Imba](https://imba.io/) equivalent. ` "Sentence with a period after {#. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
  • Framework for a frontend-only project?
You might get away with Svelte (not Sveltekit) here since it compiles down to javascript. Another fun framework to try out for this might be https://imba.io/, which also has an option to compile things down to pure HTML, CSS & JS (plus it’s very fun to work with). Source: about 1 year ago
  • The Io Language
A code snippet showing a simple program right on the home page and "selling" whatever features makes it special would go a long way. It's quite off-putting to have to delve deep into a guide in order to get a feel for a language. Some examples done right: https://lfe.io https://elixir-lang.org https://imba.io https://ocaml.org. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
