I'm trying to create a US based LLC from abroad but I am a US citizen. I've been able to find many resources for international people being able to open LLCs in the US and what tax implications apply to them but not much on what it means when you ARE a citizen and are abroad as well. Both these documents contain address where my LLC is registered, but these documents are without state stamps. My register agent (I used northwestregisteredagent.com service) was told that the documents I have should have helped with that but Amazon always rejects them. They offered to obtain a Certified copy of the Articles of organization document from the state, which would be with a stamp on it, but they ask... Source: almost 2 years ago
