I'm trying to create a US based LLC from abroad but I am a US citizen. I've been able to find many resources for international people being able to open LLCs in the US and what tax implications apply to them but not much on what it means when you ARE a citizen and are abroad as well. Neither do I enjoy doing these tasks nor wasting time in the back and forth.
